Apart from making video calls, Android users are also able to make affordable calls to both landlines and mobile phones any where in the world as long as they have internet connections. On your Skype for Android app, you will find a new menu that will help you navigate through your contacts, access your Skype profile in case you want to change certain information or even check your Skype credit balance. In addition, there is a new mood message box that comes at the top of the Skype for Android app menu that will help you share with your friends how you feel and the things going on around you.
You need to know that the Skype to Skype calls you make from your Android are absolutely free. All you have to do is sign in to Skype from your android, tap on contacts and select Skype call and call your contact on their Skype account. As long as you have signed in to Skype on your Android, you will be able to receive video calls. When someone calls you, you will receive a notification on your screen to indicate that a call is coming through. Just tap the green button to answer the call or decline if you do not wish to pick the call.
